NEW BEGINNINGS

WE LOVE HAVING THE MISSIONARIES IN OUR APARTMENT!!!!!  Just the other morning I awoke to the the Elders singing at the top of their lungs (in a reverent way) Beautiful millennial Day..... it started my day off beautifully!!!!   We have had some testimony building experiences with them and watching them grow.  It is a joy to carry on my Mums legacy in being a part of this great mission here on earth!!!!

This girl is finally leaving home.... no not Breah.... BRATNEY!!!!  She has found a nice apartment with up to 5 other girls, great ward and a great opportunity for her...we have had Britney longer than she has lived with her natural Mother.  It has been quite the adventure.... its a good thing, because we will need the space.....!!!!

Well it looks like I will have to find this old skirt again..... #7 IS ON HER WAY!!!!!   Nah I don't know for sure if #7 is a girl..... but we sure are praying for her:)   Wish me luck!!!!

KIWI STEP PRE SCHOOL made their first donated Christmas tree ... a new tradition started.  This is for Cottages for the Children, the childrens Justice center.  People can come and bid on it and raise money for the children this christmas.  Not bad for a beginner:)

THE YO YO DIETER

I LOVE THE YO YO DIETER.... HERE IS WHY.  THESE ARE THE ONES THAT HAVE GONE THROUGH MUCH IN THEIR LIFE.... THEY HAVE WEATHERED MANY STORMS THAT MOST COULD NOT WEATHER.  WHEN LIFE THROWS THEM LEMONS THEY USE THOSE LEMONS FOR DECORATION AND CHARACTER.  THESE ARE THE ONES THAT KEEP PUSHING TOWARDS THEIR GOALS NO MATTER WHAT... YES THEY MAY LOSE LBS, GAIN LBS, THEN LOSE THEM AGAIN, ITS OK, THEY WILL NEVER GIVE UP THEY WILL JUST TRY HARDER THE NEXT TIME.  IT FEELS GOOD TO SAY THAT I WILL NO LONGER LABEL MYSELF A YO YO DIETER... I HAVE GONE DOWN THAT ROAD MANY MANY TIMES.  I RESPECT THAT ROAD AND BID IT FAREWELL, BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO LOOK MYSELF IN THE MIRROR WHEN TROUBLE HIT AND I CHOSE TO REPLY RATHER THAN HIDE BEHIND THE FOOD.  IAM GRATEFUL FOR THAT WEAKNESS IN MY LIFE AS NOW IT IS A STRENGTH.... I KNOW NOW THAT WHEN THAT DOOR OPENS AND IT WILL TIME AND TIME AGAIN, I KNOW NOW THAT I CAN REPLY WITH LOVE AND TRUTH AND KEEP PUSHING PLAY, KEEP EATING HEALTHY .... SO THAT MY BODY AND MIND AND SPIRIT IS FUELED WITH THE STRENGTH AND ARMOR IT NEEDS TO PUSH THROUGH THE STORM.
